Senior Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon Online UK Limited. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for deepening our relationships with medium to large advertisers and driving customer success through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Craft tailored proposals for customers using knowledge of Amazon Ads full-funnel ad products and measurement.
- Hit or exceed revenue targets for assigned book of business.
- Achieve assigned non-revenue business objectives and goals.
- Own all facets of the account management process for medium to large accounts, and develop strategic relationships with key points of contact.
- Develop annual brand and media strategies that map to customer objectives in partnership with the account team.
- Relevant experience in a client-facing role, including digital marketing and analytics.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue results and significantly contributing to customer success.
- Strong interpersonal, team-working skills with experience developing customer relationships and influencing key decision-makers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good judgement and ability to use large datasets to solve problems that span business and technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, ever-changing business.
- Passion for always learning and developing new skills.
- Experience in omni-channel marketing, display, over-the-top (OTT), and search marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce (sales or marketing).
- Experience in revenue-owning functions.
