An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to lead a residential service in the West Midlands area.

This role is part of a leading healthcare provider's team, specializing in supporting adults with Prader-Willi syndrome.

To be considered, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.

As the Deputy Home Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring a smooth and efficient service
  • Supporting the Registered Manager in key areas and in their absence, being responsible for the overall service
  • Managing rotas, leading a team, and meeting with internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of budgets and be able to maintain confidentiality.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.50 per hour and a range of benefits, including enhanced disclosure cost coverage and comprehensive induction training.
