Nursery Deputy Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Nursery Deputy Manager to join our team at Aspire People Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management of our nursery, ensuring high-quality childcare and education services.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the management of the nursery, including mentoring staff and planning engaging activities.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality within the nursery, encompassing environment, resources, and child experiences.
  • Working collaboratively with the EYFS Curriculum to plan age-appropriate activities and ensure compliance.
  • Fostering positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and children, promoting a nurturing environment.
  • Attending nursery events and staying up-to-date with childcare and education policies, adhering to Health and Safety, Safeguarding, EYFS, and Ofsted regulations.

Benefits and Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
