We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality education to children aged 3-5 and contribute to the overall success of our early years program.
Key Responsibilities- Support teachers in delivering lessons and activities to children.
- Assist with planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
- Work closely with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and effective learning environment.
- Level 2 qualification or above in Early Years Education.
- Experience working in an early years setting, preferably as a Teaching Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
