Education Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Support Learning: Collaborate with the class teacher to deliver lessons and provide additional support to students as needed.
- Individual Support: Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning and address specific needs.
- Classroom Management: Help maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, managing behavior and ensuring that students stay on task.
- Resource Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing classroom resources and materials.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to teachers on student progress, behavior, and any concerns.
- Record Keeping: Support in maintaining accurate records of students' progress and any relevant issues.
- Inclusive Education: Support the inclusion of students with special educational needs or disabilities, ensuring they have access to a full educational experience.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents, fostering a supportive learning environment.
About the Role:
