Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Education Support Professional to join our supportive team at The Rawlett School in Tamworth. This is a full-time, permanent position that will commence as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the learning and attainment of students while promoting their independence, self-esteem, and social inclusion. This will involve supporting students to access the curriculum, participate in learning, and experience a sense of achievement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have motivation and enthusiasm, an understanding of pupils' learning needs, including specific SEND needs, and the skills to help students develop independent learning skills. A Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject is essential, with a Level 3 qualification being advantageous.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,183 - £26,409 per annum (FTE), or £18,836 - £19,753 actual salary. In addition to the competitive salary, we offer a well-being cash plan and pension scheme (LGPS) as part of our commitment to the welfare and development of our staff.
