About the Role

Aspire People Limited is recruiting for a motivated and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to lead our nursery team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified and enthusiastic individual to take on a challenging and rewarding role.


Responsibilities include supporting the management of the nursery, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality care and education services.


Key Requirements
  1. A relevant level 2, 3 or above qualification in early years education or a related field.
  2. Strong knowledge of child development from birth to five years and the statutory framework for the EYFS.
  3. Experience in managing nursery staff, planning engaging activities, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  4. Ability to build positive relationships with parents, colleagues, and children, promoting a nurturing environment.
  5. Passion for the Childcare Industry and commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
