Job Description

The Head of HR Business Partnering is a leadership role that supports senior leaders and C-level leaders as a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and change agent. As a people manager of 3 HR Business Partners, you will ensure that deliverables are assigned and managed across your team members for business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to provide solutions for workforce topics and challenges
  • Serve as a trusted coach and advisor to supported business leaders on organization design and change management matters
  • Analyze and present data to generate valuable insights for business leaders and co-create decision-making options
  • Identify improvement opportunities on people-related topics in the business and drive simplification
  • Drive organizational change, improve processes, and implement HR best practices in collaboration with other People functions

  • Extensive people management experience of HR teams
  • Expert communicator with high emotional intelligence
  • Agile thinker who can lead in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical thinker who can offer multiple data-driven solutions for complex problems

Location

Flexible to any site (London, Banban, Nuneaton, Derby) and this is a hybrid role with expectations of 2 days within your home site, 1 day at a different site, and 2 days working from home.
