Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager Support: Ensure managers have the skills and resources needed to effectively handle workforce issues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or postgraduate qualification, or CIPD Level 7/MCIPD.
  • Experience: Experience in team management and a strong understanding of UK employment law.
  • Skills: Proven ability to create and implement effective people strategies, commercial awareness, and experience using metrics to drive performance.
  • Personal Qualities: A proactive approach, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, and an adaptable and positive attitude.
