Key Responsibilities- Provide HR leadership and guidance to our business leaders, ensuring alignment with our company strategy and goals.
- Partner with other functional teams to inform business strategy and co-create solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support our business objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Analyze data to generate insights and inform decision-making, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving simplification.

This is a hybrid role with expectations of 2 days within your home site, 1 day at a different site, and 2 days working from home. We are flexible to any site (London, Banbury, Nuneaton, Derby).
