Job Title: Senior Finance Analyst

Gleeson Recruitment Group is partnering with a leading luxury brand to find a Senior Finance Analyst to join their team. This exciting role offers a salary of up to £65,000 + bonus and an industry-leading benefits package.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving financial insights and strategy to support business growth and operational excellence. As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will blend traditional finance responsibilities with strategic business partnering, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure your contributions directly impact global success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to provide insights into business performance and drive informed decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting efforts to align financial targets with strategic goals.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide financial expertise and support strategic initiatives.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to senior management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Contribute to special projects and initiatives as required, leveraging financial expertise to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • A recognised accountancy qualification - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the luxury goods or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
