About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Project Business Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our infrastructure clients' projects by maximizing the use of information management and digital technologies.

As a Project Business Development Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to improve the efficiency of their infrastructure projects. You will have a diverse role, where your work will include developing and implementing digital and information management strategies, process mapping, and feasibility assessments across the infrastructure sector.

You will be an enthusiastic advocate for the use of information management and digital technologies on infrastructure projects. You will have a genuine passion to make a real difference and help our clients become more efficient through best use of information management and digital delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide trusted advice to our clients on how to deliver technology solutions, with a focus on information management.
  2. Develop and implement digital and information management strategies for organizations, programs, and projects.
  3. Awareness and understanding of lifecycle delivery management using waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  4. Consideration of People, Process, Technology to ensure a holistic approach to digital delivery and information management across programs, projects, and organizations.
  5. Apply rigorous quality procedures for management of version control and audit trail.
  6. Build client relationships and reinforce credibility as an information management subject matter expert (SME) to identify opportunities where T&T can assist.
  7. Able to work alone or in high-performance teams.
  8. Support others and provide training on the use of digital technologies.
  9. Input into and, if applicable, lead business generation activity (bid qualifications and proposals).
Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with a strong background in a relevant field, such as a STEM subject or relevant professional experience. A 2:1 Bachelor's degree is ideal, and a BIM or Information Management Certification (or working towards) is a nice to have.
