Job Title: Business Development Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and other sales strategies
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
- Work closely with our recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Full driving license and own vehicle
