Job Title: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, face-to-face meetings, and other sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue
  • Work closely with our recruitment team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Full driving license and own vehicle
