Event and Community Engagement Specialist

We're looking for an experienced Activities Administrator to join our team at Fenchurch House Care Home in Spalding, Lincolnshire. As an Activities Administrator, you'll play a vital role in designing and delivering engaging activities and events that promote social connections and a sense of purpose among residents.
The successful candidate will receive a salary of approximately £29,000 per year, based on 37.5 hours per week, plus a range of benefits including 28 days holiday, annual pay reviews, and enhanced bank holiday rates.
About the PositionThis role involves working closely with residents, staff, and external partners to develop and deliver engaging activities and events that cater to diverse interests and needs.
