Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Wedding Events Coordinator to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and delivering all aspects of our weddings offer, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience for our couples.

This role involves managing all aspects of wedding preparation and delivery, including decorating the space, liaising with suppliers, welcoming guests, and handling any last-minute issues that arise. You will also take a lead in the promotion and publicity of weddings.

To deliver this role successfully, you will need:

  • experience in event planning or event facilitation
  • communication and interpersonal skills
  • organisational skills, including time management skills
  • people skills, to develop positive working relationships with team members, volunteers, & suppliers

The salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
