As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and experiences at the National Trust. With a focus on weddings and functions, you will ensure seamless execution and memorable moments for our guests.

This role offers a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme, free entry to National Trust places, and flexible working opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating wedding preparations and deliveries
  • Liaising with suppliers and managing volunteers
  • Welcoming guests and coordinating drinks receptions
  • Clearing down events and handling last-minute issues
  • Supporting the Senior Visitor Experience Officer with wider events and activities

To succeed in this role, you will need:
