Care and Activity Coordinator

Ruckland Court Care Home in Lincoln LN1, part of The Country Court Family, is seeking a highly motivated Wellbeing Coordinator to organize, run events, and activities for our residents. As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents. You will work closely with the care team to identify individual needs and preferences, ensuring that every resident feels valued and included.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a wide range of trips & experiences within the local area for small groups & individuals.
- Arrange key events throughout the year, such as seasonal celebrations & charity events.
- Work together with other local community groups and the wider local area.
Requirements:
- Good planning & development skills.
- You will be going out and about, networking, planning activities and with residents.
