At CV-Library, we're looking for a Wellbeing Experience Leader to join our team in Spalding, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a warm and family-run care home, Fenchurch House, providing high-quality care to residents.

We offer a competitive salary of around £28,000 per year, based on 37.5 hours per week, plus excellent benefits including 28 days holiday, annual pay reviews, pension contributions, and enhanced bank holiday rates.

About the Role

This role involves coordinating a wide range of events and activities for residents, working with local community groups and developing new experiences within the local area. You'll have good planning and development skills, be able to think creatively, and enjoy networking and building relationships with residents and staff.

  • Coordinate events and activities for residents, ensuring they're engaged and connected with the wider community.
  • Work with local community groups to develop new experiences and trips for residents.
  • Plan seasonal celebrations and charity events, making sure they're enjoyable and memorable for everyone involved.
