Cleanliness Team Coordinator: A key role within our organization, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across all areas of operation.

This is a dynamic and challenging position, offering a competitive salary estimated at £14,016 per annum (based on 38 hours/week at £14.02/hour plus a 10% shift allowance) and opportunities for career progression.

Main Responsibilities:

The Cleanliness Team Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures, and ensuring that all areas of operation meet the required standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Key Tasks:
  • Schedule and coordinate cleaning activities to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Supervise and train team members to ensure they are aware of and adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
  • Ensure that all necessary documentation and records are maintained and updated as required.
