About the Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Night Operations Supervisor to lead our night hygiene team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of production and food hygiene are maintained on-site.

Main Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct the night hygiene team to achieve efficient and effective cleaning practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs to maintain staff competence in cleaning and health and safety methodologies.
  • Collate and dispatch orders while adhering to company policies, rules, and procedures.
  • Drive improvements in hygiene efficiency and effectiveness within the team and factory environment.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hygiene procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee staff training, development, and safety within the department.
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines for each task.
  • Maintain and repair hygiene equipment and report engineering issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in food industry hygiene operations.
  • Leadership skills and ability to monitor team performance.
  • Familiarity with COSHH training or willingness to undergo training.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
