Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hygiene Operative Role to join our team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our factory environment.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain production areas using cleaning equipment, chemicals, and sanitizers.
  • Deep clean production areas, handling and diluting cleaning chemicals as needed.
  • Dismantle and assemble factory machinery for effective hygiene cleaning.
  • Maintain and repair hygiene equipment, including foamer units, dosing units, hoses, and hose guns.
  • Report any engineering issues that require attention during machinery strip-downs.
  • Work to hygiene schedules and record completed tasks.
  • Ensure safe working practices, following specific cleaning instructions for Health & Safety and Food Safety requirements.
  • Complete post-cleaning administration to ensure adherence to the hygiene plan.
  • Collate and dispatch orders within timescales and company policies.
  • In exceptional circumstances, assist with production duties due to breakdowns or unforeseen situations.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with food industry hygiene operations.
  • COSHH training desirable but can be provided.
  • Able to work under time pressure.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude and attention to detail.
