Job Description: Maintenance Services Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Maintenance Services Coordinator to join our team at Hospitality Staffing UK. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the maintenance team, coordinating special projects, and working on emergency programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel
  • Perform daily checks around the hotel
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel
  • Maintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be committed to delivering a high level of customer service, and have a positive attitude.

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
