**Job Summary:** Community Engagement Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Engagement Assistant. This role will play a vital part in maintaining strong relationships with our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our services within local authorities and housing associations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for resident enquiries, providing professional customer service support.
  • Manage administrative duties with accuracy and efficiency, adhering to internal processes and policies.
  • Coordinate efficiently with other teams and departments to resolve resident queries and concerns.
  • Utilise IT systems competently for scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying potential service enhancements.
