We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager/Account Handler to join our team in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in account management at an agency or managing integrated marketing plans with a focus on planning and content management of social media and PR. They should be able to manage content plans for multiple clients across various industries, prioritizing budget management and agreed KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Account Management:
    1. Develop and implement social media & PR strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
    2. Foster relationships with key contacts and leverage avenues for PR placements aligned with brand values.
    3. Manage multiple social media channels (Facebook, X, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn) according to client needs.
    4. Plan and execute content delivery using tools like Hootsuite.
    5. Collaborate with the Art Editor to create promotional materials and social ad campaigns.
    6. Produce engaging multimedia content leveraging the creative team's internal resources.
    7. Analyze performance on social media platforms and PR using Google Analytics, generating reports showcasing ROI for clients.
    8. Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
    9. Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans within agreed budgets and timeframes.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, social media marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising best practices.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Benefits and Salary

The salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire.
