Lincolnshire County Council is recruiting for a Digital Communications Specialist to join their Transport team on a fixed-term basis. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for the LCC Transport Services Group.

About the Job

As a Digital Communications Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Sector Development & Promotion Officer to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Your key responsibilities will include assisting with marketing campaign execution, project management, content creation for social media and print, research for new projects, and liaising with departments and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and editorial expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, and social media
