About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Community Activities Learning Lead. You will support the Regional CSP Manager in developing and maintaining a high-quality service that meets the needs of our service users.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the planning and delivery of meaningful and purposeful sessions, promoting service user involvement, and providing opportunities for personal growth and achievement.

You will work collaboratively with colleagues and maintain good relationships with professionals and services in the area.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need NVQ level 2 or at least 2 years' experience within a healthcare role. You must have strong leadership, planning, and team management skills, as well as confident communication abilities.

You should also have knowledge of relevant legislation and quality standards, problem-solving and decision-making skills, and high organization with effective time management.
