Hotel Operations Supervisor

The Front of House Supervisor will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This will involve supervising all aspects of Front of House, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring that all brand standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Support the department manager in coordinating the effective delivery of high-quality customer services
- Ensure that all brand standards are met and maintained
- Proactively resolve any challenges that may arise and provide excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve targets and drive profit from the business
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will need to have excellent leadership skills, be flexible, and have a hands-on approach. You will also need to have:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
- Strong communication skills through a variety of means
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and accuracy
