About the role:

We're excited to offer an opportunity for a General Manager to oversee 91 bedrooms and a recently renovated open lobby, which welcomes guests and community members into a chic lounge filled with retro games, a 'To Go' Café, and versatile workspaces. Additionally, you'll manage the Active Life Leisure Club, catering to over ??? members, and oversee our meeting and event spaces, which can accommodate 6 to 350 delegates across 8 different rooms.

Our General Managers are supported and empowered to take responsibility for every aspect of their hotel – team engagement, the service that wows their guests and the engine that drives commercial success. They also:

  • Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead and coach the team to deliver the winning formula.
  • Strive for operational excellence in everything they do.
  • Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and the team.
  • Embed and bring to life our tools relating to but not limited to Operations, Health & Safety, HR & Training, Sales, Marketing and Revenue.
