About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at the Holiday Inn Darlington A1 Scotch Corner. As a key member of our management team, you'll oversee 91 bedrooms, a recently renovated open lobby, and various amenities, including the Active Life Leisure Club and meeting and event spaces. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Establishing clear performance goals and inspiring, leading, and coaching the team to deliver exceptional results.
- Driving operational excellence in all aspects of hotel management.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety for our guests and team members.
- Embedding and implementing our tools and processes related to operations, health and safety, HR and training, sales, marketing, and revenue.
About You:
