About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Scotch Corner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, including managing a team of staff, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish clear performance goals and inspire, lead, and coach the team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Strive for operational excellence in all aspects of hotel operations.
  • Drive the highest standards of safety for our guests and staff.
  • Embed and bring to life our tools and processes related to operations, health and safety, HR and training, sales, marketing, and revenue.
