About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced General Manager to join our team at the Holiday Inn Darlington A1 Scotch Corner. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing 91 bedrooms, a recently renovated open lobby, and various amenities, including the Active Life Leisure Club and meeting and event spaces. You'll work closely with a fantastic team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and drive commercial success.
About You:
We're looking for an inspiring leader with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record as a hotel leader. You'll be innovative, creative, and excited by change, with a strong ability to build relationships with the team and the local market. You'll be effective in time management, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
