About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our property portfolio.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing our property portfolio, including obtaining quotes, raising purchase/works orders, and processing contracts.
  • Assisting in the management of calendars, maintaining databases and systems, and working closely with our line manager and RFM colleagues.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our tenants, service providers, and on-site staff, and being the first point of contact for enquiries.
  • Ensuring that all management systems and databases are up to date and providing regular performance statistics to our line manager.
  • Assisting with regional and national tenders, service charge budget drafts, and expenditure and reconciliation reviews.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to work, and the ability to prioritize workload and manage conflicting demands. You will also have experience with Microsoft Office packages and be keen to learn and develop your skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £21,000-£22,000, a hybrid working arrangement with a minimum of three days in the office, and a range of benefits including discretionary annual bonus, salary reviews, healthcare, life insurance, and wellness program.
