Overview of the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to join our Facilities Management Team. This role involves overseeing maintenance tasks across multiple locations, ensuring that all facilities are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Multi-Site Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs across various sites.
  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks as scheduled.
  • Executing minor repairs related to building fabric, plumbing, and joinery.
  • Assisting with general maintenance tasks and responding to reactive maintenance requests.
  • Collaborating with the Multi-Site Technician to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A diverse skill set in maintenance and repair work.
  • Strong customer service abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic IT skills, including familiarity with tablets and common software applications.
  • A valid UK driver's license for roles covering multiple sites.
  • Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role, including lifting and moving equipment.
