About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sea Logistics Export Telesales Representative to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer retention across the UK.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new export business opportunities with a focus on the SME sector
  • Execute cold calls to potential customers to acquire new business and onboard new customers
  • Initiate the onboarding process in alignment with the Sales and Customer Care Manager
  • Take pricing decisions in alignment with Trade
  • Create and send proposals and presentations to customers
  • Analyse customers' needs and potential to drive business growth

About You

We are looking for a sales professional with experience in a similar role, strong customer and solution orientation, and excellent communication skills. You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of sales processes and customer retention, as well as experience of working with CRM systems.
