We are looking for a talented Strategic Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at CPI Selection.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business leads and building relationships with C-Suite decision makers in the office furniture, office fit out, and office design sector.

You will work from our modern offices in North London, surrounded by great shops, eateries, bars, and clubs. Healthy snacks and drinks are provided, but you'll have plenty of opportunities to explore the local area during your breaks.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telesales, as well as a talent for sales and a passion for design.

You will need to be target-driven and confident when speaking with clients, using tools like Lusha and Sales Navigator to research potential leads.

Some key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Generating new business leads through cold calling and researching potential clients

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave entitlement.
