Job Description
The company is seeking a customer service focused Resident Liaison Officer to join their team. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social housing refurbishment schemes and experience managing tenants whilst internal refurbishment works are ongoing. Key responsibilities include hosting monthly meetings for tenants, clients, and contractors, producing regular progress reports, maintaining records of tenant communication, reporting to stakeholders, encouraging resident feedback, minimising disruptions to tenants and contractors, managing health and safety concerns, and crisis management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience working on social housing projects, clean drivers license, and own vehicle are desired. Longevity with current or recent employer and being based in West London are also highly regarded. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
