Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Liaison Specialist to join our team at Grosvenor, providing unparalleled service to our discerning residents. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-profile customers, building trust and delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring seamless interactions and prompt issue resolution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our residents, understanding their preferences and requirements.
  • Collaborate with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure high-quality maintenance and upkeep of our properties.
  • Proactively manage the gardens and work with our Garden Landscape team to maintain the exceptional standards of our estates.
  • Contribute to our sustainability and people-positive goals, working closely with the Operations and Grosvenor teams.
  • Work on a rota basis, averaging 40 hours per week over a 1-month period, with flexibility to adapt to changing service levels.

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or concierge-type environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage challenging situations.
  • Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, prioritising customer needs and delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Enhanced DBS check required.
