Job Title: Customer Services Apprentice - Resident Liaison Officer

Location: Islington

We offer a competitive salary of £13,500 per annum

This role is full-time and permanent, Monday to Friday with a standard 40-hour week.

You will have the opportunity to gain experience in administration and customer service through this 15-month apprenticeship.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist Operation teams with direct contact with residents
  • Book and schedule work with residents explaining timeframes and responsibilities
  • Handle daily reporting, dashboard updates, sales enquiries, tenders, and surveys
  • Manage inboxes and distribute documentation
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • A keen interest in administration and customer service roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • IT literacy
  • Effective time management
  • May require a DBS check
  • CCSE C or Above in Maths and English (or willingness to obtain during the term of the apprenticeship)
