Housing Liaison Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Housing Liaison Specialist to join our team in Haringey. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and experience in housing management, we encourage you to apply.
Salary: £16.54 - £20.72 per hour (dependent on experience)
About the Role:As a Housing Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to residents, managing anti-social behaviour incidents, and facilitating effective property management. Your primary goal will be to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants and maintain positive relationships between residents and landlords.
You will work closely with local authorities, police, and other stakeholders to identify and address potential issues before they escalate. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients are essential for this position.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Relevant housing management qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
