We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our client in Southeast London, covering Lewisham and Greenwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring planned/reactive works are completed to customers' homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for customers through face-to-face meetings, open days, phone calls, and newsletters.
- Communicate updates to customers, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Provide high-level customer aftercare.
- Manage expectations of customers and site teams.
- Direct experience as an RLO is preferred.
- Ideally, you will have experience from a contractor in an RLO or community engagement role completing planned/reactive maintenance.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
- You must be able to deal with difficult customers empathetically and come to a resolution.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role is necessary.
- A competitive salary up to £32,000 per annum depending on experience, plus a £4,500 car allowance, and expenses.
