Resident Liaison Officer Opportunity in Southeast London

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Liaison Officer to join our client in Southeast London, covering Lewisham and Greenwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring planned/reactive works are completed to customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers through face-to-face meetings, open days, phone calls, and newsletters.
  • Communicate updates to customers, site teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide high-level customer aftercare.
  • Manage expectations of customers and site teams.
Requirements:
  • Direct experience as an RLO is preferred.
  • Ideally, you will have experience from a contractor in an RLO or community engagement role completing planned/reactive maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
  • You must be able to deal with difficult customers empathetically and come to a resolution.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure role is necessary.
