Job Overview:

The Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for building customer confidence and explaining all aspects of improvement work to residents in North London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer or Tenant Liaison Officer with a main contractor on refurbishment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Surveys of properties
  2. Initial contact with tenants to explain the cyclical works framework
  3. Building customer confidence through effective communication
  4. Explaining all aspects of improvement work to residents
  5. Identifying customer needs, including working parents, shift patterns, and health issues
  6. Hosting open forum client/management meetings
  7. Booking appointments with tenants and visiting them with relevant information
  8. Communicating with tenants throughout the works programme
  9. Linking tenants with the Site Manager
  10. Administration and record-keeping
  11. Daily line management meetings

Requirements:

Candidates must have a full driving licence and their own car. Previous experience is essential.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 + package per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
