Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Kone México.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming requests from customers via telephone and email, as well as supporting supervisors/Area Service Managers in following up on open callouts and reports.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless experience for clients and engineers.
- Collaborate with regional teams to review and update daily planning schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
- Previous work experience in customer service is essential.
- Call Out/Dispatch experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
- Competitive salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per annum.
- 25 days of annual leave + 8 bank holidays.
