We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Kone México.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming requests from customers via telephone and email, as well as supporting supervisors/Area Service Managers in following up on open callouts and reports.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless experience for clients and engineers.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to review and update daily planning schedules to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous work experience in customer service is essential.
  • Call Out/Dispatch experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
