Join our team as a Customer Service Liaison and take the first step in providing exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our Probate and Wills team, you will be the first point of contact for new enquiries, handling telephone and email communications with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Your role will involve recording all new enquiries in our database, allowing us to monitor and improve our service delivery. You will work closely with our Department Manager and Director of Marketing and Business Development to enhance our team's handling and conversion of new enquiries.

We are seeking a candidate with strong customer service skills, a background in a law or professional services firm, and experience working with practice management systems or large databases. If you are a team player with a willingness to offer support to others, we encourage you to apply.
