Job Summary:

As a Strategic Planning and Scheduling Lead at Match Performance, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining integrated plans that account for facility and project activity. Your expertise will inform strategic management discussions and ensure alignment with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and validate resource-loaded plans to provide an overview of current and planned future work activity at individual resource level.
  2. Manage plans for production maintenance outages and ensure incorporation into the integrated plan.
  3. Engage with Project Managers, plan owners, and key Stakeholders to ensure integration of individual facility and project programmes of work.
  4. Work closely with Facility Operations and programme leadership to ensure alignment and integration of key programme planning materials.
  5. Ensure all business and project risks are incorporated into the Integrated Plan and engage Risk Manager to provide impact scenario reporting.
  6. Develop the Integrated Plan to provide Facility and projects resource metrics, highlighting pinch points, over-allocation and/or delivery risks & business opportunities.
  7. Lead on assessment of schedule risk, identification of opportunities to optimise delivery and provide performance reporting to enhance programme management understanding on dependencies and limitations.
Methodology:
  1. The Principal Planning is expected to deliver the role in accordance with procedures and industry best practice.
  2. Act as the schedule integrator for the project, pulling together multiple delivery schedules into a single Integrated Master Schedule.
  3. Provide detailed planning where there is not a suitable delivery schedule available.
