Strategic Business Planning Manager

Freixenet Copestick, a leading player in the UK's drinks market, is seeking a Strategic Business Planning Manager to drive long-term planning and alignment across key business functions. The ideal candidate will lead the end-to-end Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations work together to deliver on business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the company's IBP process, ensuring effective implementation and execution across all relevant departments.
- Facilitate quarterly IBP cycles, ensuring alignment between financial, operational, and strategic goals.
- Lead cross-functional IBP meetings, bringing together sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to review and adjust plans based on forecasted Sales & Marketing activity.
- Oversee all in-market activity across the Freixenet Copestick portfolio (owned & agency brands).
- Act as the key point of contact for in-market activation plans across agency brands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), or similar role within the FMCG sector.
- Commercially astute and entrepreneurial.
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to adapt style to others.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Interest in wine and/or grocery sector.
