Our client, a leading regional Tier 2 contractor based in the South of England, is seeking an experienced Strategic Project Coordinator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience working on schemes above £3 million. They will be responsible for managing the construction programme from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience

About the Role:

  • Manage the construction programme, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
  • Work closely with the estimating, design, and commercial teams to develop project specifications, phasing, and strategy
  • Coordinate site visits, progress meetings, and other project-related activities
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project outcomes
