We are a global communications company that connects people, businesses, and communities. As a Health & Safety Lead, you will enable Network Development to improve performance and reduce risk.

The role involves forming part of the Network Development, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality department, facilitating regional units and operational areas. You will work on strategic improvements and provide operational assistance, including implementing change, providing subject matter advice, and holding internal functions accountable for Vodafone's legal duties and policies.

Key skills include analytical thinking, experience in change management, integrity, and a purpose-driven approach. A keen sense of operational consciousness is also required. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of H&S experience, industry experience in telecommunications, utilities, or street works, and a completed H&S Diploma or equivalent qualification.

Earn an estimated £60,000 - £80,000 per year

In this role, you will conduct incident investigations, lead the closure of non-conformances, and analyse and provide reports to the Network Development H&S Authority. Your work will involve strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with various departments within Vodafone.
