Strategic Risk Consultant

Mace is a leading international consultancy and construction company that redefines the boundaries of ambition.
As a Strategic Risk Consultant, you will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our purpose by managing risks associated with our large-scale defence capital works programme.
The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, cost management, and project delivery. You will be responsible for designing and developing risk management reports, leading negotiations with third parties, and responding to client and stakeholder requests effectively.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Design and develop risk management reports to an intermediate level using core risk management tools.
- Manage others including delegating, coordinating, appraising, coaching, and developing/mentoring employees with less experience.
- Persuade and influence clients, consultants, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Create and deliver persuasive presentations.
- Tackle problems without obvious solutions.
- Represent Mace in a professional manner at all times.
- Hold a CSCS Card.
In return, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including flexible working options and opportunities for professional development.
