Senior Governance and Planning Lead

As a Senior Governance and Planning Lead at Vodafone UK, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's strategic direction. You will lead the annual budget cycle, Network Evolution Plan, and Long Range Planning tracking for the UK, while overseeing all other market plans. Your expertise in demand management will guide senior stakeholders, and you will develop and execute action plans to drive cultural change. Additionally, you will lead governance for the UK, including capacity tracking, budgets, business cases, delivery & budget change boards, and team huddles. Your operational reviews will cover metrics, project performance, budget execution, reports, and vacancies for all markets.
About the Role
This is a hybrid working role, requiring you to work from the UK market, but also support the wider European market across multiple accountabilities. You will have experience in a previous governance/project or planning role and be capable of working across virtual teams in a cross-cultural environment. Vodafone UK is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and all offers of employment for this role are subject to background checks, including criminal (DBS) and financial checks to meet the regulators' standards.
