Job Title: Senior Government Sales Director

About the Role:

Oscar Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Government Sales Director to lead our Government Sales Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new government contracts, managing tender procedures, and driving growth and profitability through existing government business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new government contracts
  • Manage tender procedures and ensure successful contract award
  • Drive growth and profitability through existing government business

Requirements:

  • Circa 7-10 years of experience in government sales, including tender drafting and contract administration
  • Proven experience in negotiating and managing government contracts, preferably in the language services industry or related fields
  • Thorough understanding of government procurement processes and rules
